Attended my first AA group meeting today. Not bad at all.. not bad at all. I def feel that I am NOT an alcoholic.

Lately I have been failing in communicating with people. I deleted my Facebook, I take forever to reply to txt’s, I get calls and just ignore my phone. It’s not that I am becoming anti-social or anything but I’ve just had no motivation to talk to anyone lately.

I blame Netflix & my PC games bahaha.

My sleeping patterns are waaaay too fucked. I stay up all day go to sleep at 7 AM and wake up at 11 AM and do almost around the same thing again.. I’ve been getting around 2 - 4 hrs of sleep max -__________________-
